A VISIONARY KUNDALINI JOURNEY

A VISIONARY KUNDALINI JOURNEY

& TEACHER TRAINING

Beginning the Weekend of Friday 5th February & Sunday 7th February

At the ZENTUARY, The Top Floor of PLANET YOGA, Liverpool

THIS IS MORE THAN A TEACHER TRAINING.

The Visionary Kundalini Journey is a 10-month transformational initiation designed to guide you through 11 interconnected pathways of human evolution.

Through Ayurveda, Kundalini, Qigong, meditation, psychological inquiry, creative expression and

sacred leadership, students awaken the most Authentic Version of themselves and

learn how to share that transformation with the world.

It is an invitation to understand who you are, discover how you are designed to live, and become capable of holding space for the transformation of others.

YOU CAN LEARN HOW TO TEACH A PRACTICE.

BUT WHO TEACHES YOU HOW TO BECOME THE PERSON CAPABLE OF HOLDING IT?

There are many teacher trainings that can teach you techniques.

Kriyas.
Meditations.
Breath.
Mantra.
Philosophy.
Sequences.

These things matter.

But after more than twenty years of practice, teaching and living this work, I’ve come to believe something deeper is required.

Before we ask how to teach another human being, perhaps we first need to understand the human being doing the teaching.

Who are you?

What is your nature?

What do you value?

What unconscious patterns are directing your life?

Where does your energy go?

What is your relationship with your body?

How do you meet challenge?

What is your vision?

And perhaps most importantly…

Can you integrate what you experience into the way you actually live?

This is where your ZUDDHA journey begins.

The Sanskrit word ZUDDHA translating to pure, unadulterated, sacred, uncorrupt, correct, rectified, clean, and natural

YOU DON’T HAVE TO KNOW THAT YOU WANT TO BECOME A TEACHER.

You only need to recognise that something within you is asking to go deeper.

The ZUDDHA Life Arts Visionary Kundalini Teacher Training is both a teacher training and a journey of personal transformation.

Some people will arrive knowing they want to teach.

Some will discover the teacher within themselves during the journey.

Others may initially be drawn because they want to understand themselves, their energy and the direction of their lives at a much deeper level.

You don’t need to have the destination completely worked out.

You simply need to be willing to begin the journey.

THE VISIONARY SELF

11 ASPECTS. ONE HUMAN BEING. ONE VISION.

We often try to transform individual parts of our lives in isolation.

Our body.

Our relationships.

Our emotional world.

Our work.

Our finances.

Our spiritual life.

But these parts of us don’t exist separately.

They are one human being.

The Visionary Self is a framework for exploring the different dimensions of who we are and bringing greater awareness, clarity and alignment to each.

As clarity develops across these different dimensions, something begins to happen.

The energy that was previously scattered between competing desires, expectations and unconscious patterns begins to find direction.

Many parts.

ONE Direction. ONE Vision.

THE FOUNDATION (BODY & BIOLOGY)

These are the practices that stabilise the nervous system and physical body so transformation is safe and sustainable.

1. AYURVEDA JOURNEY

Understanding your Dosha type/ constitution,

digestion and food as consciousness.

2. PHYSICAL BODY JOURNEY

Strengthening the body so it can hold

energy and awareness.

3. QIGONG JOURNEY

Learning to circulate and ground energy

through the body.

4. MEDITATIVE JOURNEY

Training awareness and cultivating

inner stillness.

These four pillars create the vessel.

Without the vessel, the higher transformation cannot happen.

THE INNER TRANSFORMATION (MIND & ENERGY)

This layer transforms the Inner World.

5. KUNDALINI CHAKRA JOURNEY

Awakening energy and releasing emotional blocks stored in the body.

6. SELF AUTHORING PROCESS

Exploring and transforming the past through writing and reflection.

7. SACRED POLARITY

Integrating the Divine Masculine and Feminine energies within yourself.

This is where people experience deep psychological and

energetic breakthroughs.

THE VISIONARY LIFE (EXPRESSION & PURPOSE)

Once the inner world shifts, the focus moves toward creating

a meaningful life.

8. WHEEL OF LIFE

Clarifying purpose across the 10 archetypes of life.

9. CREATIVE VISIONARY JOURNEY

Committing to a creative project that expresses the soul.

10. JOURNEY OF CONNECTION

Learning to grow and transform within community.

11. BECOMING THE TEACHER

Learning how to transmit these teachings and hold space for others.

This final stage transforms students from seekers into leaders.

THE CENTRE OF THE MAP

In the middle of the wheel is:

THE VISIONARY SELF

A person who has integrated:

• Body

• Energy

• Mind

• Creativity

• Purpose

• Service

The result being a grounded, awakened, creative and

purpose-driven human being.

Kundalini sits at the heart of this training.

But I don’t believe an energetic practice should be separated from the human being practising it.

This is why the programme draws upon complementary systems and perspectives including:

Kundalini
Qigong
Ayurveda
Meditation
Breath
Energetic awareness
Constitution
Vision and values
Embodiment
Integration

Each offers a different lens through which we can understand ourselves and the people we eventually teach.

The intention isn’t to endlessly accumulate practices.

It is to develop discernment.

AWAKENING IS ONLY HALF THE CONVERSATION.

Within energetic practice, we hear a great deal about awakening.

Rising.

Opening.

Expansion.

More energy.

But within the way I understand and teach this work, there must also be a return.

A grounding.

A descending.

A bringing of what has been experienced back into the body and into life.

***WE RISE TO EXPERIENCE***

***WE DESCEND TO EMBODY***

This is one of the reasons Seated Meditative Qigong forms part of the training.

Not simply generating energy.

Cultivating it.
Conserving it.
Circulating it.
Grounding it.

Because I don’t simply want to develop teachers who know how to create powerful experiences.

I want to develop teachers who understand the responsibility of helping people integrate them.

THE RHYTHM OF EACH WEEKEND

Each weekend is designed as a journey — not simply a timetable.

We begin on Friday evening at 6pm, gathering together for approximately two hours.

Before we move into practice, teaching or learning, we reconnect.

We sit together with ceremonial cacao, creating space to arrive, to soften, and to share something of the month we have each just lived.

What have you experienced?
What has shifted?
What have you discovered about yourself?
What are you bringing with you into this next part of the journey?

This heart-centred gathering becomes a threshold between everyday life and the transformational work of the weekend ahead.

It is a chance to reconnect with yourself, with the group and with the journey we are making together.

Then, on Saturday morning, we begin at 6am.

The day opens with a two-and-a-half-hour morning practice — deep physical preparation and warm-up, Kundalini Kriya, meditation and an hour of devotional chanting.

Not simply something to do before the teaching begins.

The practice is part of the teaching.

From there, we share breakfast before moving into the day’s exploration, with lunch also provided as part of the training.

Saturday unfolds through practice, teaching, enquiry, conversation, experience and integration, finishing at approximately 6:30pm.

We return again at 6am on Sunday, beginning once more through practice before sharing breakfast and moving into the final day together.

Lunch is provided, and the weekend completes at approximately 5:30pm on Sunday.

BUT THE CONTENT ITSELF WILL UNFOLD

You won’t receive a rigid itinerary telling you exactly what will happen on Saturday morning three months from now.

That’s intentional.

There is a clear architecture beneath this training — the 11 aspects of the Visionary Self and the practices, teachings and enquiries that surround them.

But human transformation rarely happens in neat compartments.

Each weekend will respond to where we are in the journey, what has emerged since we last met, what the group is ready to explore and what needs to be experienced rather than simply explained.

Across the training we will explore your nature, constitution, energy, values, patterns, relationships, practice, purpose and vision — alongside Kundalini, Qigong, Ayurveda, self-enquiry, embodied practice, teaching and the art of holding space.

But I want you to experience the journey rather than know every turn before you’ve taken the first step.

Some things will be taught.

Some will be practised.

Some will emerge through another person.

Some will appear in the silence after practice.

Some may reveal themselves weeks later when you realise that something about the way you see yourself has changed.

Because the 11 aspects are not simply subjects to complete.

They are different doorways into the same question:

WHO ARE YOU — AND WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE WHEN ALL THE PARTS OF YOU BEGIN TO MOVE IN THE SAME DIRECTION?

That is the journey underneath the timetable.

Friday — arrive and connect.
Saturday — immerse and explore.
Sunday — deepen and integrate.

Then you return to your life.

And over the month that follows, your life becomes part of the training too.

Until we gather around the cacao once again — bringing back what life has taught you, and beginning the next part of the journey.

THE PRACTICE CONTINUES BETWEEN THE WEEKENDS

The journey doesn’t stop when we leave one another on Sunday evening.

Throughout each month, we will gather live via Zoom at 6am on Monday and Friday mornings for a practice specifically devoted to that stage of our journey. As the training deepens, these practices will move with our exploration through the chakras, allowing what we discover during our weekends together to continue to be practised, embodied and integrated into everyday life.

Each session will also be recorded and uploaded to the ZUDDHA app, creating a growing library of the month’s practice that you can return to throughout the week. If you can’t join us live at 6am, you can practise with the recording on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or across the weekend — allowing you to develop a rhythm that works within your own life while remaining connected to the journey we’re sharing.

And for those living in or around Liverpool, there will be the opportunity to join these 6am practices in person at the studio as part of your training.

Because ultimately, this isn’t about what happens on one weekend each month.

It’s about what begins to happen when the practice becomes part of the way you live.

BenJahmin

BenJahmin is a UK-based Teacher Trainer, facilitator and founder of ZUDDHA Life Arts, with nearly three decades of experience exploring Yoga, Kundalini, Qigong, meditation and the holistic arts.

Beginning his formal teaching journey in 2005, he progressed into a Teacher Training role in 2012 and went on to lead trainings extensively throughout Europe and Israel, teaching and mentoring thousands of practitioners and teachers. His work has also encompassed devotional music, embodied spiritual practice and international community, reaching hundreds of thousands of people over the course of his life.

Yet perhaps the most important influence on BenJahmin’s work today is not simply what he has taught, but what nearly three decades of practice, teaching and life have subsequently taught him.

Following 2020 and the lockdowns, his attention increasingly turned towards Qigong, Yin cultivation and the importance of conserving and restoring our inner resources. Observing widespread patterns of exhaustion, overstimulation and depletion also led him to question a culture of spiritual practice that can sometimes become preoccupied with doing more, learning more and continually searching for the next experience.

His work today asks a different question:

How do we take everything we have learned and actually integrate it into the way we live?

This question sits at the heart of the ZUDDHA Life Arts Visionary Kundalini Teacher Training — a training born from BenJahmin’s experience of what it truly means to become a teacher, rather than simply qualify as one.

Bringing together Kundalini, Qigong, Ayurveda, constitution, self-enquiry, core values, personal vision, community and embodied practice, the training explores not only what we teach, but who is doing the teaching.

For BenJahmin, becoming a teacher begins with learning to know yourself: your nature, your energy, your values and your patterns; developing a meaningful vision for your own life; and discovering how to embody what you eventually hope to share with others.

This next chapter also has a physical home.

In 2026, BenJahmin is opening the doors to THE ZENTUARY in Liverpool, the venue for the training — a dedicated studio and sanctuary for practice, teaching, creativity, community and the continued evolution of ZUDDHA Life Arts. It represents something he has been moving towards for many years: bringing the different strands of his work together under one roof and creating a space where people can come not simply to practise, but to explore what it means to live with greater awareness, vitality, purpose and vision.

The Visionary Kundalini Teacher Training is an expression of that same evolution.

It is, in many ways, the training BenJahmin would want to experience today, knowing what nearly three decades of living, practising and teaching have taught him.

Because ultimately, the practice isn’t the point.

Integration is.
